1st Meeting and Booking

Your first meeting will be to see the portfolio of wedding photographs. You may decide at this point to book our services then, or take some time to consider your options and call to book a few days later. On booking Uni-Pro services our standard contract is signed and a non-refundable deposit made by the couple.

Engagement Portrait

With each of our packages we offer an engagement photo session for a special low fee of $150.00 for the simple risen to get to know each other better and to give you a small taste of what you can aspect on your wedding day. Very often this photo is used at the reception for collecting memory notes from your gests. The Pre-Wedding Meeting - 1-2 weeks before wedding. Is optional to discuss and review the plan and timing of the day.


Time I

At the agreed upon time we will arrive and set up the equipment necessary to cover your day. Wedding Day

2:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. Travel time
2:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Ceremony coverage

3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Family Portrait session at Park 4:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Wedding Party Portrait session at Park
5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Couple's Portrait Session at Park
6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Journalistic Photos from the reception

People blink and make faces, for this reason extra pictures are taken. On average, for each photograph that is scheduled we take two.

Extra photographs

During different portrait sessions or at the party you may decide that you would like "unplanned photographs". We are always prepared with extra film and can take those photographs for you and the fees for this service will be settled at the delivery of your photographs.

Occasionally, wedding schedules fall behind and every effort is made to speed up the pace to get it back on track. If you would like our photographer to stay beyond the agreed upon time please ask him if it is possible and the fees for this will be settled upon delivery of your photographs.

Equipment

For backup and convenience we usually use three or four cameras and extra accessories.


A wonderful story of your day delivered in photographs. Approximately four to six weeks after your wedding we will contact you to arrange delivery of your photographs and the final fee is due at this time.
